Initial Assessment & Treatment-
Other Animals

Anisty’s training and gentle touch extend beyond horses, dogs, and cats. She offers customized sessions for a variety of animals — from goats, pigs, sheep, and cows to rabbits and other companion or farm animals. Each session begins with a calm assessment of posture, movement, and behavior, followed by bodywork and acupressure tailored to that animal’s unique needs.

These treatments help release tension, encourage relaxation, and restore balance to the body and mind — always at a pace and pressure that each animal is comfortable with.

Saddle Fitting & Posture Assessment

A comfortable saddle and balanced posture are essential for a horse’s freedom of movement and long-term soundness. Anisty evaluates the horse’s body structure, muscle development, and natural alignment both before and after tack is applied.

She observes how the saddle interacts with the back, shoulders, and topline, identifying areas of restriction, pressure, or imbalance that may affect comfort and performance.

Adjustments and recommendations are provided to support improved posture, movement, and rider-horse harmony.

(This service is educational and observational; saddle reflocking or medical diagnosis is not performed.)

Anisty Munson

Certified Equine Therapist

Anisty is an avid horse girl through and through. When she’s not studying or working with horses, you’ll find her spending time with her own three — riding, training, and caring for them with the same patience and dedication she brings to her practice.

She competes in barrel racing and loves the excitement of the rodeo world, balancing speed and precision with deep respect for the horses she rides. One of her proudest accomplishments has been training her young colt, who had never been ridden before her — and is now starting to compete in barrel and pole racing events.

Beyond her time in the arena, Anisty’s determination and creativity shine through in her entrepreneurial spirit. To fund her Equine Therapy certification, she started a handcrafted suncatcher business, turning her artistic talent into a successful small venture. Her suncatchers — each designed to “let the light in” — not only helped her raise her full tuition, but are now featured in a couple local stores under the name Luminara Creations.

Every part of Anisty’s journey reflects her heart, drive, and love for animals — qualities that shine through in everything she does, both in her work and in her life.
